In calisthenics classes, we build strength and control over the body in space by learning movements such as muscle ups, handstands, and gymnastics rings work. You also get to make some new best mates.

FAQ

Do you have a mix of people in your classes?

Yes. There are people of different ability levels, from beginner to advanced. We also have a class specifically for beginners.

I have no upper body strength. Do I need to get stronger before I join?

No. Movements can be scaled to where you're currently at. So whilst you might not be ready to pull off advanced movement's, that doesn't mean you can't start training towards them now.
