Mixed Ability

This pole fitness class welcomes everyone.

Bella and Beky are great at teaching mixed level lessons, and will be able to help newer students and more advanced alike.

Mixed Ability lessons

With in our mixed level classes there is something for everyone. You will be given progressions or regressions depending on your level, but we like to get everyone working on the same moves.

 

We will then give more advanced students different variations, different entrances and exits and of course link moves to make lovely long combos. If you are newer you will have lot's of help learning these moves with demos and expert teaching from our coach's.

Days for Mixed ability lessons are as follows:

​

Worthing: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

 

Shoreham: Wednesday and Thursday

What to expect in class

You will see some very new students and some experienced students. Every one will be working at there own level. 

Take a shoulder mount for example...  beginners will be working on low floor lifts or prances and tucks.  Advanced students will be working on aerial shoulder mounts and transitioning to other moves and combos. 

 

It's great for newer students to be able to see what they will be able to achieve in the coming weeks, months and years. Students that have been coming longer love to see and support newer class members. They are always first to cheer or high five you when you nail a move.
