Fun skills
Spin Pole is so much FUN.
​
Bella will teach you the skills you need to control the speed of the pole. This can be tricky at first. It will feel either too slow or way to fast. But with practice you'll soon be flying around the pole in full control and feeling on top of the world at the end of a wonderful class full of beautiful combos.

All the while building strength and inner confidence and empowerment to take with you off the pole!
