A lot of the moves require strength and flexibility in shoulders legs and hips which will be our main focus in class.

Stretching will also protect your body from injuries.

Our classes will involve a good warmup before we start.
This will increase your body temperature and blood flow, which will loosen the joints and protect them while we stretch.
