Working on your flexibility and mobility will benefit you in Pole and Calisthenics no end.

A lot of the moves require strength and flexibility in shoulders legs and hips which will be our main focus in class.

Enabling you to achieve all your goals...

Stretching will also protect your body from injuries.

​

Our classes will involve a good warmup before we start. 

This will increase your body temperature and blood flow, which will loosen the joints and protect them while we stretch.

​

These are only available as a 121 at the moment.
