Learn the basics

Joining a pole class can be scary... that's why we have classes specially for beginners. No mater your fitness level and/or dance experience, beginners classes are a great way to start. You'll all be learning how to spin your self around the pole together. You'll be with others to support and learn with you.

 

What to wear to your first class.... anything your feel comfortable exercising in. We recommend layers. Shorts and or leggings or jogging bottoms. A vest, t-shirt and jumper. Trainers can be worn for the warmup then we move on to the pole with bare feet or socks. Remove all jewellery on fingers and wrists before class and avoid wearing moisturisers and sun creams before class.

Build your confidence

We love watching our students get stronger week by week, and to see their confidence boost too. Your body will start to change, and your confidence will grow as you start seeing what you can achieve. Lot's of people think they will never be able to lift their selves off the ground. That's ok, that's why you come to class. To learn.... many people are surprised at what they can do and very quickly you will see lot's of progress.

You will learn how to climb the pole, we have lots of conditioning moves to learn to get you stronger, fun spinning around the pole, learn routines and how to bend yourself into some pretty shapes, and then inverting and going upside-down.
