In Person Class's

​Below is a list and explanation of all classes available.

We welcome Beginners to advance to classes. 

We believe every one can benefit from pole no matter your age, size, sex or background. 

Pole Fitness Mixed Ability

This class welcomes everyone who has attended at least 6 beginner classes.. Bella is great at teaching mixed level lessons, and will be able to help newer students and more advanced alike.

Pole Fitness Beginner​​​​​​

Theses classes or courses are designed for beginners. To teach you all the basics and core moves, once you have attended at least 6 you can move to mixed level lessons.

 

 

Pole Flips and Tricks​​​​

These lessons are for the more advanced poler wanting to work on, flips, drops, tricks and tumbles, Bella will teach you the safe techniques to achieve these moves.

Pole Circuits

This is a fast paced work out class. We use the pole and our body weight to build strength, muscle and burn fat.

Spin Pole

In this class the poles will spin for you. Learn some beautiful moves and combinations that look effortless. Bella will also share with you her tips on not getting dizzy.

Heels Choreography

Learn to dance in heel's. Beautifuly choreographed routines. These lessons are great for cardio and a bit of fun. Some times a bit sexy and sassy, or more upbeat and funky. Can also be done in bare foot.

 

Flow

Learn to move around the pole, slip and slide in these powerful routines. Leggings, longs socks and a t-shirt are recommended.
